I know—it’s basically a holiday invented by Hallmark to sell cards. But hey, it’s also the perfect excuse to spoil your cat with a new treat or toy! And since it’s cold this year, bundle up, stay warm, and enjoy a little cozy shopping while you’re at it. 😄
TIP: It’s good to switch out toys every month or so to keep your cat engaged and out of trouble. We have a large drawer where we store and group our toys by season and holidays.
Here are a few suggestions approved and loved by Max and Dexter.
This first one is a Dexter favorite. I can’t tell you how much this cat LOVES pom pom balls and these hearts.

Dexter and Max are really into these kickers. This set comes with catnip.

Variety
We have toys all over our house. I like to keep the colors in line with the seasons. Plus it’s another excuse to by a few things. These pink toys also come in blue and multi colors.

Springs
I don’t know where these things go. I should buy stock in the company. Max loves them so I keep them coming. One day I’m going to open a closet and hundreds will spill out!

They like them so I like them. I try to change things for them every now and then. It’s just a suggestion, anything your cat loves is a good thing!

How serious am I about seasonal changes…lol. This bed says it all. Depending on your cat and how much they shed, it’s a good idea to replace beds every so often.

Happy Valentine’s Day! I hope you and your cat are safe and warm!
